Terms of Service

A farm owner creates the farm account and invites members with a join code. Owners and farm managers control what drivers and mechanics can see. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account, and you must only invite people who are entitled to see the farm's data.

Plaasjapie has one base plan with optional paid modules, billed in advance per period through our payment processor. New farms start with a 14-day free trial; when it ends without a subscription the farm becomes read-only and its data is kept. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for an elapsed period are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your farm's records — machines, fields, jobs, fuel and service logs, invoices and photos — remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export or request deletion at any time. You confirm you are entitled to upload the content you submit, including receipts and photos.

• Do not attempt to access another farm's data or bypass role restrictions.
• Do not upload unlawful content or personal information you have no right to share.
• Do not probe, scan, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell access without a written agreement with us.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Analytics, AI receipt extraction and hectare calculations are aids, not professional or financial advice — check figures before relying on them for compliance, tax or safety decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production or profit. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, giving notice where practicable. On termination we delete or return data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
